- Moon Pose – Start with standing tall. Then, lift one leg up and rest the foot on the opposite thigh, as if standing on the moon’s surface. Hold for a few breaths before switching sides.
- Star Pose – Stand with feet wide apart and arms stretched out to the sides. Reach through your fingertips and take deep breaths while imagining yourself shining brightly like a star.
- Rocket Pose – Start in a low squat with your arms wrapped around your knees. Then, jump up as if launching a rocket into space. Stretch your arms overhead and hold for a few breaths before returning to the starting position.
- Crescent Moon Pose – Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms stretched above your head. Lean to one side, creating a crescent moon shape with your body. Hold for a few breaths before switching sides.

Repeat this exercise several times, encouraging them to really get into the astronaut mindset.
