Tracing Easter Egg Instructions:
- For this activity we are going to trace the shape of the Easter egg and focus on the sensation of touching the paper or egg with our finger.
- Start at the top of the egg and trace your finger slowly down one side and then up the other side. Noticing any sensations you are feeling.”
- Next you are welcome to try this and then practice taking a slow, calming breath.
- Start again at the top of the egg but this time as you trace down, breathe in and as you trace up, breathe out.”
